Privacy
Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wrong Tap handles information when you use the app.

Last updated: September 16, 2026
01 / LOCAL DATA

Information stored on your device

Wrong Tap stores certain game and preference data locally on your device. This may include scores, personal bests, XP, level progress, streaks, achievements, daily mission progress, cosmetic choices, game preferences, settings, and aggregate play totals.

Wrong Tap does not require you to create an account and does not request your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or account identifiers.

The game data listed above is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted by Wrong Tap to our servers or to a third party.

02 / ADVERTISING

Google Mobile Ads

Wrong Tap may display interstitial advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

Google may collect or process certain information from your device, including advertising-related identifiers and information about ad interactions, to provide and measure advertisements.

Google's processing of information through its advertising services is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.

03 / SHARING

Share Score

Wrong Tap includes a Share Score feature.

When you choose to share your score, Wrong Tap sends the score message you selected to your device's standard Android sharing interface. You choose the application and recipient through that interface.

Wrong Tap does not automatically select a recipient or send your score without your action.

04 / YOUR CONTROL

Data control

You can reset your locally stored game progress and play totals through the Settings options available in Wrong Tap, where applicable.

You can also remove the app's locally stored data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Advertising-related data processed by Google is subject to Google's own controls and privacy policies.

05 / CHILDREN

Children's privacy

Wrong Tap does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Because Wrong Tap uses Google Mobile Ads, advertising services may process information as described in Google's applicable policies and settings.

06 / UPDATES

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or its data practices.

Any updated version will be made available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
