Calc Buddies is designed primarily as an on-device calculator. It does not require you to create an account.
1. Information you provide
Calc Buddies does not require your name, address, phone number, email address, account credentials, or other direct contact information to use its calculator functionality.
2. Calculator data stored locally
Calculator input and results are processed on your device. Calculation history is stored locally in the app’s database. The selected buddy theme, keypress-sound preference, and applicable advertising-consent choices are also stored locally.
Android backup is disabled for Calc Buddies. Calculator history and settings are not uploaded to servers operated by A to Infinity Labs.
3. Internet access
Calc Buddies requires an internet connection for advertising and related Google services. The app detects connection loss and provides a manual Refresh action.
4. Advertising and consent
Calc Buddies uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner advertisements. It also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform where advertising-consent choices are applicable.
Google’s services may process information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from it, advertising and app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, App Set ID, and related device identifiers for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Information handled by Google is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Purchases and accounts
Calc Buddies currently has no paid subscription, premium purchase, or in-app purchase. It does not provide user accounts.
6. Data sharing
A to Infinity Labs does not sell your personal information. Locally stored calculation history, theme, and sound preferences are not shared by A to Infinity Labs. Google services may process information as described above and under Google’s policies.
7. Retention and deletion
You can clear calculation history from the History screen. You can remove all locally stored app information through Android Settings by clearing the app’s storage, or by uninstalling Calc Buddies. A to Infinity Labs does not maintain a server-side copy of calculator history.
8. Intended audience and children’s privacy
Calc Buddies is intended for a general audience—teens and adults. Its friendly companion characters and colourful themes are visual design features and do not make the app specifically directed to children.
Calc Buddies is not specifically directed to children below the applicable minimum age. The app does not provide user accounts or knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children.
9. Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information handled by the application and associated services. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Calc Buddies, its third-party services, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
